Barre Open Levels: (moderate intensity)

Barre is uniquely based on the elements of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and Athletic conditioning that consists of high energy, low impact, fat burning exercises.

All movements are concentrated, isometric exercises targeting each muscle group. Our classes incorporate small hand weights, Pilates balls and resistance bands. You will achieve quick results, sculpt long lean muscles, increase flexibility, burn calories and fat, build strength in a upbeat and motivating class. Expect a challenge and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized with this hands on personal group training.

 


 

Barre Fire: (moderate to high intensity)

Barre Boot Camp is high intensity interval training with all the elements of barre and added cardio.

Cardio Barre has all the elements of barre but with added bursts of cardio.

Beach Body Glute Camp: (high intensity)

Ready for the beach? This interval class targets all of the bikini trouble zones, arms, abs and a$$! Using the rebounder for cardio and a variety of toys to reshape and strengthen the muscles. You will jump, skate, glide, lift and barre to create your best beach body. Be prepared to work hard and really sweat!

(Wear your sneakers. Please know the rebounding intervals do not contain complicated choreography and are a perfect way to get comfortable using this amazing tool.

 


 

Barre Bounce Extreme: (high intensity)

Are you ready to experience the ultimate core-building burn, punctuated by bursts of high intensity cardio? This class mixes it up with a combination of barre, band, Ugi and rebounder exercises to yield aerobic and anaerobic fitness results in just an hour. You will burn lots of calories, shred fat, build strength and tone your body. Be prepared to sweat and have fun!

 


 

Bands at the Barre: (moderate intensity)

Tighten and tone your trouble spots away with Bands at the Barre. Using resistance bands to help lengthen, shape and define every muscle in your body. Need a little cardio for fat burning but hate high intensity? No problem, this class utilizes gliding discs to rev up and challenge your metabolism without the wear and tear on your joints. You will feel lengthened and toned form head to toe!
