Tabata Torch is a high-intensity workout that focuses on raising your heart rate and metabolism to improve cardiovascular fitness. This class incorporates fundamental, compound movements to ensure maximum aerobic benefit in a short amount of time. TCC is based loosely on a traditional Tabata protocol of 20 seconds of “all-out exertion” followed by 10 seconds of rest, preceded by a dynamic stretch and warm-up.
